It is the Policy of A&O Mold & Engineering Inc. management to fully support and provide the necessary resources for continual implementation and improvement of the quality management system. Our History
Doug Northup started A&O in 1986 based on his core values of honesty, integrity, technology and service. Since then, we have transformed into a premium custom plastic injection mold shop. We utilize the latest available technology in the field, combined with years of expertise of all members of our staff, to provide our clients with the finest quality and service. Our commitment to our craft ensures we can meet any delivery without sacrificing quality. Our prices are competitive – the value is outstanding.

How does A&O ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely and efficient manner? We continually invest in the latest computer equipment for our engineers and use a custom software system that tracks every aspect of the design and build process to guarantee that we stay on a course to success. The latest CAD/CAM programs enable us to provide shorter lead times and more accurate results in our molds. All machined components and electrodes are quality checked with our Faro CMM, which compares the cut model to the electronic data, contributing to improved quality. We operate 24 hours a day to achieve maximum efficiency of our production time.
